Before you write

Two things make an answer much faster, and both are in your account:

• Your account ID, at the top of the account page.
• The date and time of the bet or payment you are asking about.

We will never ask for your password, and we will never ask you to move money to another account. If someone claiming to be us does, it is not us.

If we get it wrong

Tell support first — most things are fixed in one message. If it is not resolved, ask for the complaint to be escalated and you will get a written answer.

The independent body that handles unresolved complaints is named here once the licence is in place.
